Grounds for Immediate Termination of Appointment
At Human Remedial Services, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for certain offenses that compromise our values, mission, and the well-being of our clients and staff. The following offenses will result in immediate termination of appointment:

| 2. Theft or Misappropriation | Theft of company property, assets, or confidential information |
| 3. Physical or Sexual Assault | Physical violence, sexual harassment, or assault against colleagues, clients, or associates |
| 4. Substance Abuse | Use or possession of illegal drugs/alcohol during work hours or being under the influence |
| 5. Gross Misconduct | Behavior that severely harms the organization’s reputation or breaches confidentiality/client trust |
| 6. Discrimination or Harassment | Discrimination or harassment based on protected characteristics |
| 7. Breach of Security or Confidentiality | Unauthorized access to or disclosure of sensitive information |
| 8. Criminal Convictions | Conviction of a crime relevant to job duties or affecting trust/integrity |
| 9. Violation of Safety Protocols | Willful ignoring or violation of safety protocols, leading to serious risk/harm |
| 10. Conflict of Interest and Corruption | Engaging in conflicts of interest, accepting bribes/kickbacks, or corrupt practices |
