The founder of Human Remedial Services is born of the family of Chief Beniah Azubogu Amaku in Enugwu village, Adazi-Enu in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria in the 1955.

He completed his primary education at Demonstration Primary School located at Macgregor Teachers Training College Afikpo. He completed his secondary school career at Trinity Secondary School, Abakaliki.
He had his NCE/Degree (Religion)coursesat University of Nigeria Nsukka(Nsugbe Campus).
